Will my Diablo box from Quebec work in Mexico?
Yes. Bring the same compatible box you use in Quebec. With suitable Internet access at your destination, your Diablo subscription can travel to Mexico with you. Test the device before you leave.
Do I need another box for my stay?
No, not if your compatible device already works with Diablo in Quebec. Pack it with the remote, power adapter and HDMI cable, and check Internet access where you will stay in Mexico.
Can I use my subscription in different parts of Mexico?
Yes. The same compatible device and Diablo subscription can travel with you between regions, wherever suitable Internet access is available. One subscription still covers one device.
Can I bring the same box and subscription back to Quebec?
Yes. Bring the box home to Quebec and keep using your subscription with that same device. It can also go with you on another trip where Internet is available.
Which box do you recommend for a Mexico trip?
We recommend the Formuler Z11 Pro Max and Z10 Pro Max. They are straightforward to use and easy to bring along. If you already own a compatible device, have its model checked before buying another.
Can you help me after I arrive in Mexico?
Yes. Diablo support is available in French. ABU and our team can guide you remotely; AnyDesk assistance is possible if your Formuler box has been set up for it.
Do I need a VPN in Mexico?
No. VPN use is not permitted with Diablo. Use your regular Internet connection.
How many devices does one subscription cover?
One Diablo subscription covers one device. A second active device requires a second subscription.
